WHERE ARE MY BOOKS?

Ebooks are delivered via email from BookFunnel. The email will be sent as soon as the purchase is completed.  If the email hasn’t arrived in 5 minutes, look for it in your Spam folder.

***You can always access your ebooks/audiobooks on the Bookfunnel Library. Your email address is your login.

HOW DO I GET MY EBOOK OR AUDIOBOOK?

After your purchase, you will receive an email from BookFunnel with a link. This link will give you instant online access to your digital ebooks/audiobooks. You will also find step-by-step instructions on how to download the file onto various devices such as Kindle, iPhone, Android, Nook, Kobo, and others.

 

HOW CAN I READ MY EBOOKS ON MY KINDLE?

You can send any of the books you purchase on our website to your Kindle library using Amazon Send to Kindle! Simply follow the steps in the link below.

CAN I READ ON MY E-READER?

Bookfunnel allows you to send the ebooks to your preferred e-reader or app via email. The BookFunnel app is available for Android, Apple, and Amazon Kindle devices. 

If you have any issues, you can reach out to BookFunnel at help@bookfunnel.com and they are ready and willing to assist you.

 

CAN I RETURN MY PURCHASE?

All sales are final.

There are no returns on digital or physical products purchased on our website.

For ebooks, as these are instant downloads, no refund can be given.

Please choose carefully. Refunds only given if you buy a duplicate digital item within 48 hours of first purchase in which case the duplicate item will be refunded.

 

SHIPPING POLICY

Paperbacks are printed to order and shipped by our fulfillment partner, BookVault. Print time is usually 72 working hours and delivery times vary based on address and shipping method. 

Average shipping time is 2-3 weeks.

**Please be patient and remember we are a small business (Me & my husband).

 

WHY ARE THE INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING PRICES SO HIGH?

Although we are based in Canada, our printing partners, Bookvault, are based in the US and the UK. 

*International customers (Canada, Australia & New Zealand) may be required to pay duty fees on paperback orders.
